Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Structure
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before work commencement.
- The remaining balance must be paid before project completion or as per the agreed milestone-based payment plan.
2. Milestone Payments
- If the project follows a milestone structure, payments are due upon the completion of each phase.
- Delays in payments may result in a pause in work progress.
3. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI or other agreed-upon methods.
- International payments may incur additional transaction charges, which will be borne by the client.
4. Late Payment Policy
- Payments not received within the due date will attract a late fee of 1% per week.
- If payment remains overdue for more than 30 days, services may be suspended until the outstanding amount is cleared.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
- If a project is canceled before completion, a refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on the work completed and resources utilized.
6. Scope of Work & Additional Charges
- The agreed-upon pricing includes only the specified scope of work. Any additional requests or modifications beyond the original agreement will be charged separately.
7. Taxes & Fees
- All applicable taxes and processing fees must be paid by the client. The final invoice will include relevant tax amounts as per government regulations.
8. Confidentiality & Ownership
- Full ownership of deliverables will be transferred upon the completion of the project and full payment settlement.
- Any unpaid work remains the intellectual property of the service provider.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding payments must be communicated in writing.
- If no resolution is reached, the matter will be handled as per applicable legal jurisdiction.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By making a payment, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
